We want you to be a satisfied customer and will be more than happy to assist you with your return. We are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM (closed on weekends, and all holidays).

Step 2. If package was damaged in shipping or product is defective a pre-paid return shipping label will be issued to you and your money refunded by the same method you purchased the product, or if requested, a direct exchange will be made.

If you are returning an item because you no longer need the product, or changed your mind, shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible to return item in original purchased condition and refund will be issued upon receipt of said item.

We do ship outside the USA, and the shopping carts allows for most international shipments.
